Final International Overdose Awareness Day Flag Raising 2026

On August 31 at 11:00 A.M., gather with us at Toronto City Hall to mark a solemn and crucial milestone. Under the theme “25 YEARS ON. STILL NEEDED,” Black CAP is joining forces with Families for Addiction Recovery, ACCHO, and our community partners to honour lives lost and fight for a future free from preventable tragedy.
